In regards to the discussion b/w you, myself and Stranger,(a couple days ago) I think I need some clarification. Is the possibility of earning a raise dependant upon the outcome of the new process and the revised official titles? I am completely supportive of the process change and will do everything in my power to ensure that it is successful. (Though, that is the attitude I have for my team –truview, not just me and nic- anyways.)  It’s always seemed apparent to me that we (the copywriters) do more than [entry level] copywriting, and I am glad that you’ve acknowledged that to us both.  I am appreciative of the fact that we are afforded a good amount of latitude when it comes to our projects. We’re proactive, creative, independent, team/company conscious and more. We have done a lot here. I want to work here and I want to make a difference here. I also know that I can. But, I also want to know what I am up against, so I can make sure that I also have every opportunity to improve and be justly compensated for all I have to offer. (I am saying ‘we’, though I speak for myself, but I believe what I discussed relates to Stranger, too. I didn’t confer w/ her about my email and request for clarification.)  Additional note… I really, really, really detest the title: Copy Coordinator. It sounds like a title for a college intern. Please don’t change it to that.
