I recently have been reading some of the blog entries done on JoelX.com and I have found myself quite enamored by his talented writing. Some of my favorite posts are discussed in this paragraph. Alcoholics Anonymous Groups and Alcohol Calculator is a post in which Joel discusses the ramifications of alcoholism and some of the problematic issues that can arise when alcohol is used to solve ones’ problems. Joel Gross also ends up going in depth on the issues of Abstinence only education and why teaching school children in public schools that abstinence is the only way to have safe sex.
I also found after much reading that his post on funny wedding photos and pictures really tickled my funny bones.
Joel Gross does not only talk about “soft” things that are funny or amusing in some way. He did an excellent post on What is Human? that completely blew me away with the depth of though that went into it. I am not sure how to define what is human and what is not. Are you?
Joel also digs into politics with his post on Jon Stewart and Barack Obama’s speeches. The videos attached to this post are quite thought provoking.
Joel digs into a sensitive and humorous issue when he does a complex discussion of Short Man Syndrome in this post. I found it to be highly entertaining to read.
