Cook over low heat, stirring until smooth and bubbly. Remove Pan from heat and stir in 3/4 cup water and 1/3 cup cider vinegar.Return pan to med. heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Carefully stir in the PEELED and THINLY SLICED potatoes and the Crumbled bits of bacon Remove from heat..put a lid on the pan..serve warm..
